Last night Josh was cooing to me alot in response to my voice. He kept reaching out his hands toward my face to feel it. Is that a milestone? I think so. 

With life just begun, my sleeping new son
has eyes that roll back in his head

Why haven't there been any pictures for 5 days? This is so frustrating! 

Josh has been hanging out in the living room, lying on his "Baby Supreme" mattress. He can actually put his entire hand in his mouth. Can you do that?

Milestone alert! Josh can now follow an object 180 degrees. Normally, this milestone is not reached until 3 months old. Obviously, Josh being only 2 months old, is at least 133% smarter than the average child. 

Immunizations? What immunizations?

Today we took Josh for his first set of immunizations. 4 of them! ouch ouch! See the band-aids on his little thighs. He is now 11 pounds 8 ounces, 23 inches long. 

Finally! Some pooh that's not in Joshua's diaper.

Joshua's first earthquake

Joshua experienced his first earthquake yesterday! We were out at Pat Oscar's when suddenly the windows started rattling. Myla and I both lunged for Josh but then it was over.

Picture hiatus

Unfortunately, because Aunt Ghina borrowed our camera, we cannot post pictures until she returns the camera. So you'll have to wait to see pictures of Josh at the park, as well as his appearance on the Tonight Show.

Josh's first pair of shoes. Those must be comfortable shoes. I bet you could walk all day in shoes like that and not feel a thing. I wish I had shoes like that.

Joshua update

Joshua is bonding more with his mom. He often coos and gives her smiles, especially in the morning. He usually sleeps at night and wakes up every few hours for feeding. Much better than his first couple weeks. He likes his daddy, too, sometimes. But it often takes a couple minutes (or more) to adjust to him.
